Rebecca is a Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in various settings including non-profit and government organisations, employee assistance programs, and a specialised trauma service. Her private practice work focuses on providing psychological counselling and therapy for adolescents and adults, and mental health assessments including ADHD assessments for adolescents and adults).
Rebecca believes that in order to make positive changes in our lives we first need to develop an increased awareness of our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and other patterns and habits. If we can understand the “why” and “how” we do things we are better informed and empowered to fully engage with life in ways we desire and move toward feelings of greater confidence, motivation and inner peace.
